Well as all the famous writers, I had to spend some time with myself and my toy mice:))

He finally found his way back home!

I was also surprised! After 3 weeks, I did not have any hopes.

Vallahi ben de sasirdim! 3 haftadan sonra donecegine hic ihtimal vermiyordum.

But when I heard his story while they wer chatting, I couldn't stop but packing out laughing:))

This stupid human lost his way back home and ended up in Africa! and it's not all! He went all the way to the southern part of Africa!

Bu akilli eve donerken yolunu kaybedip taaa Afrikaya gitmis! Bitmediiii! Bi de Afrika'nin taaa en guneyine kadar gitmis!

Funny hey! I sometimes pity these poor creatures! They are so naive...

Komik yahu! Allah akil fikir versin sunlara.... yazik valla...

By the way, I am quite impressed how he made his way back home from Africa. You know I have my uncles and aunts there and they are not as gentle as I am. Since they resembled to my grand grand grand mother's side they are all huge! Maybe twenty times bigger than me. They are not very civilized as well. They sometimes eat their humans even... Yayk!!!

Anyway, I am happy to see them together again... At least they make eachother busy and do not crave for my attention anymore:))

Fear, danger, love, betrayal.... I went through all of these feelings on Saturday

You can not imagine what we did this weekend! Fear, danger, love, betrayal.... I went through all of these feelings on Saturday!

Miiih said we will go for picnic and asked me to go in my travel box. I did not know what picnic is so I thought it is some sort of doctor that Miiih used to take me with that box.

Anyway, I got into the box without any complaints since I have been to doctor and it was pretty cool!

But something was different! We got into a bigger car and with some strangers. By the way, I am calling them stranger but they seemed like they know me. They were constantly asking me "Dexter! Do you remember me?"

Stupid humans! They do not notice that they all look similar and expect me to recognize them! Come on! It took me 3 months to differentiate Miiih and Meow! Short one is Miiih, tall one is Meow!

I did not want to deal with these low level life forms so I just ignored them.

But I was very nervous! This big car was very noisy and shaking us a lot. I got stressed! I thought we are going to die!

Then I saw a huge litter box! But really huge! The sand was everywhere!

All of a sudden my fear disappeared! I ordered them to stop and of course they did!

Then they started preparing some food for themselves! Nobody cares about me, hey! Don't they know I do not eat anything else than my Royal Canin, Yoghurt, Laban and Bread!

Jerks!

I was just about to start complaining... Oh my god! What is that?

Those are the most beautiful ears I have ever seen... and there is more... most beautiful tail... most beautiful eyes! (She is a lot cuter than the photo. She is not very photogenic at all)

Well! I have to confess I have not seen so many girls:(( But anyway I am sure nobody can be prettier than her!

Then she started to come towards me! Oh my godness! How is my hair? What about my whiskars? I should have licked them before leaving home! Damn it!

Anyway! She seems like she likes me!

Hey hey! she is coming closer and closer and closer! I think she is going to kiss me!

Ohh! What the hell? Why is she running away?

Why  is Miiih saying "Oups! The cat stole the chicken shish!"

Snif! I can not continue any more!

Humans and their boxes

These humans are very strange creatures! Their stuffs are even stranger!

Bu insanlar cok garip yaratiklar! Hele esyalari daha da garip!

They have boxes which they spend all their time by looking at them or speaking to them!

Butun vakitlerini bu kutulara bakarak veya kutularla konusarak harciyorlar!

For instance the biggest box - they call it TV - has all sorts of stuff in it! Humans, other cats, monsters etc! I also like it when i see other cats in it!

Mesela en buyuk kutu - TV dedikleri - icinde her turlu sey var! Insanlar, baska kediler, canavarlar vs! Gerci icinde baska kediler olunca benim de hosuma gidiyor!

But the smallest one! I hate it! I hate it! I hate it so much!

Ama o en kucugu var ya! Ondan nefret ediyorum! Nefret ediyorum! Nefret ediyorum! Hem de cok nefret ediyorum!

Every morning it is ringing with the most annoying melody in the world! Every 10 minutes! Until Miiih stops it!

Her sabah dunyadaki en sinir bozucu melodiyle alarmi caliyor! Hem de her 10 dakikada bir! Miiih durudrana kadar tabi!

I watched her maybe 100 times to understand how she stops it!

Nasil durdurdugunu anlamak icin belki de 100 kez izledim!

She hits a button on it but i am not sure which one! It has sooo many buttons on it! It is so confusing:( and the buttons are too small for my nose:(((

So I have only one servant left and she is not very productive:(

She has not cleaned my toilet for the last 48 hours! Can you believe this? I have such a big heart! If it was another cat, she would be homeless by now!

First I thought of shouting and scrating the furniture as a punishment nut then I remembered the last book I read about how to train your pets! No punishment! Instead you need to show them the right thing to do!

Once miyaw miyaw bagirip mobilyalari cizerek cezalandirmayi dusundum ama sonra gecenlerde okudugum ev hayvani egitimi hakkindaki kitap aklima geldi! Ceza yok! Onun yerine dogrubolab davranisi onlara gostermek gerek!

As a well educated cat, I took the litter bag and start pouring it!

OMG! Here she screams again! "i can not believe this! Dexter is such a smart cat! He is putting new litter from the bag to his litter box himself!"

I will be honest with you!

I am absulotely impressed with Miiih's hunting skills!

I also good skills but her's is something else!

Not only her hunting skills but also her hunting territory!

She is trying to keep it as a secret! Never takes me with her!

Unexpectedly smart of her!

See! Even humans can act smartly with their instincts!

I am sure you are alteady wondering what she hunted that impressed me so much!

Well, she went for hunting fir an hour only and she returned with big and fresh eggs! God knows from which nest she stole them from?

This is just the beginning! Let me continue...

Can you imagine? All these... Within one hour...

I have to admit she is gooooood!

Today has been a weird day!

Miiih has been hugging and squezing me whenever she catches me.

She also bought my favorite food and served it shaped as a heart! Veery strange!

Anyway, I lived enough to learn ignoring strange behaviours of humans keeps you sane:))

Ohh and the other thing is very unfortunate!

Miiih caught me opening the my toy's drawer!

As always, she started screaming!

"OMG! Dexter learned how to open drawers! He is such a smart kitty!"

Off! Now she is aware of my intelligence! I hope she does not discover more about me!

If she does, can you imagine what will happen?

- Dexter, you need to find a job! You can not continue like this!

Ohh noooo! This can not happen! I should continue playing the dumb pet!

I want all the bed!

I slept on Meow's pillow all day! It was so comfy!

But all of a sudden, it stroke me! If he finds his way back tonight, he will be very angry with me! I can almost hear him screaming "DEXTER! DID YOU LEAVE ALL YOUR HAIR ON MY PILLOW!"

Thanks to God I am way smarter than him!

My white lie is ready!

I will make my pupils as big as possible, look him in the eye and I will say "I missed you so much that I wanted to smell your scent all day! That's why I slept on your pillow:(("

Heheheh! I bet he will burst into tears:)))

By the way, I hope Miiih loses her way back home as well! I am sure it would be much nicer to have all the bed:))

I can rven sacrify my place next to the good warm decoder in exchange with full bed:)))

Meow disappeared today!

In the morning both humans left home together but only Miiih returned back!

I am not sure whats happening!

I think Meow could not find his way back home! Believe me these humans are not smart as we are!

Anyway, i hope he cant find home soon since he is occupying too much space in the bed! I can hardly fit to the corner of the bed:((

Off yes! I am gonna sleep on his pillow all night! I will leave my hair all around his pillow:))

Hello!

Today I decided to give my house a new look. I started from the little carpet!

Nudging it with my nose worked very well! I managed to move it all the way to the other side of the room!

Guess what happened?

While moving it, I noticed that I can hide under it as well:)))

I dont know how to explain this, but I have an obsession about confined spaces! I dont understand why humans are paying double to fly in first class! I would definately prefer economy class:))) I love trying to fit into Meow's socks drawer, or sleep in our basin.

Anyway, while I was enjoying my time under the carpet, Miiih started screaming "Daniel, look at what Decter doing! He thinks he is hiding! Obviously he does not count his tail as part of his body:)))"

Hahahha! Soo funny! Stupid Miiih!

But I should be forgiving! I know she is a human at the end of the day! She has complex she does not have tail! Poor human:((

OK! OK! I will be nice to her...

Do you know what happened this morning?

I woke up very early. Even the sun was not up yet!

I wanted to play with Miiih! I called her name a couple of times!

No reply!

I tired tickling her toes no reply!

This is very unusual! She loves playing with me! Even early mornings!

If she does not respond, she must be dead! That's for sure!

I was scared! Who killed her? Are they still around? Has somebody entered my territory?

Oh my god! Even thinking of it made me sick!

Anyway, I should be brave! As Miiih always says I am a miniature lion! King of the house!

Now, I need to start collecting the evidences!

I went towards her dead body! She was as still as a rock! Poor thing! I will get her revenge!

Ohh! Just a sec! Is she breathing? Oh yes, she is!

In order to be sure, I got closer to her mouth and I think my whiskars tickled her and she woke up:))

Wohoo! She is not dead!

Ohh what is she doing now?

Guess what?

She turned to Meow and said "I think this cat is waiting for me to die so that he can eat me!"

How to get a double portion?

Today I discovered how easy to get more food from humans!

Acting like an innocent little kitty:)) It's the key to success!

It works especially on Meow (male one)

Here comes some the tips!

1- Rub yourself against the human's legs when he comes home

2- Make your pupils as big as possible ( like the cat in shrek;)

3- Let the human cradel you! This is the most difficult part! These humans like squezing cats and expect you to enjoy it! Yes, really!

4- Pretend as if you are going to fall asleep right there. This is the killer move. Soon you will here them saying "Ohh soo adorable!" Dont make fun of their silly face expression and continue pretending as a cutie pie:)

5- Suddenly jump down and go to your food bowl and look at him with big innocent eyes.

If you apply all 5 steps above, you will definetely get double portion:)))

My first follower

Today Miiih (female one) told me that I have my first "follower".

I am not sure what that is but I did not like it!

Probably something that wants to trap me and steal my food!

I have to be alert 24/7!Offf but I like sleeping so much!

Yes, I know this would happen. I tolerated these humans too much. I allowed them to wear my best toys and go out! Now, they think they own them! Peeh!

It's time to remind them who is the boss!

I will hide those shoes in my treasury and they will never find it again.

But I have a problem here. My treasury was discovered by that sneaky human... She is spying on me and calling it "cleaning".

Do I look stupid? Nooo!

I have a new treasury guys!!! Heheheh!

My name is Dexter! I am a cat born and living in the UAE.

No no no!

I am not Arabian Mau! (thanks god)  I do not have those huge ears and skinny legs.

Actually I am a mix between Turkish Angora and Persian but my vet says I am a British Short Hair because I have chubby cheeks and a round head.

Anyway, doesn't matter where I am from. I am quite a handsome boy;)

Here in Dubai, I am living with two humans.

One male and one female.

Male one's name is "Meow" and female one's name is "Miiiih".

But as you know these humans are not very smart. It's been almost a year and they still could not learn their names. I have to call them like 10 times and still not always the correct one comes.

I say "Meow" and the "Miiih" comes or just the opposite.

Anyway I accepted them as they are!

Ohh! What is that? Is that a bird? Just a second guys. I need to check it out!

I am back!

Where was I?

Ohh yes!

I have an agreement with these two.

I let them to live in my house and they help me with cleaning and cooking.

I can hear you saying "iyk, how can you live with such dirty creatures?"

Well, I have to admit that they are quite dirty. They don't even lick themselves. But way to do? Nobody is perfect.

They are out most of the day as well. So not a big problem!

Ohh! I was about to forget! Why am I writing this blog?

I think I need to vent! Sometimes I am too tired of these two humans. So I decided to write a diary just to vent.

By the way, the female one is not too bad. She helped me setting up the blog.

I was about to faint though. She selected some stupid girly backgrounds first.

I have no idea what she thinks.

Anyway, after a long talk I convinced her to use something blue. At the end of the day, I am boy, right?
